Hat Sizing

Hat sizes are determined by measuring the circumference of a person's head. Place a tape measure round your head above the top of your ears and across the mid forehead. Hold the tape firmly but not too tight. If you are between sizes always round up. Please use below chart to find your size

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Returns Policy

You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please make sure that all items are returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed with all labels. We reserve the right to refuse returns if this has not been done. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We will not refund shipping charges. Please get a delivery confirmation number for your package when returning. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

The transportation of the parcel is already paid for but you have to pay local custom and VAT. Please note all international custom charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Hatterkingdom .com is not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally. If you are in doubt over these charges please contact local customs office .If you refuse a shipment from Hatterkingdom.com you are responsible for the original shipping costs  any Import Fees Customs fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Hatterkingdom.com This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Exchanges.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange  please return your items and place a new order through the website (it will get to you faster).
